Hills Feline K/D is a veterinary diet which can be used to improve the quality of life of cats with Chronic Renal Failure. The diet contains low levels of high quality protein to limit the formation of urine by-products which can be harmful to cats with kidney and urinary tract problems. The food also contains increased levels of Omega-3 fatty acids to improve bloodflow to the kidneys. Hills Feline K/D is a veterinary diet specially formulated for cats with Chronic Renal Failure and other kidney problems and should only be fed under the guidance of your veterinary surgeon.
We offer free delivery* on UK mainland orders over £29 (2nd Class Post) and we aim to dispatch orders within 24-72 hours (please allow for weekends, bank holidays and busy periods). Orders are sent out via Royal Mail, but upgrade services are also available where we use Next Day couriers, 1st class Royal Mail and Signed For post. Next Day only available Monday to Thursday. This does not mean your order will be processed any quicker!

EU and International Delivery
Carriage to European Countries is shipped by tracked courier and charged at £25 per order.
We are unable to send food products outside the UK. We aim to dispatch international orders within 5 working days.
We aim to keep you up to date with the dispatch schedule for your order, however, if for any reason we are unable to dispatch within our usual deadlines, we will contact you to advise you of any issues.
Vet-Medic Returns and Refunds
We understand that you may want, at times, to return an item you've purchased from us. To make this process quick and convenient for you, please read the policy below.
We regret that we cannot, by law, accept returns of any medication. If you return a medicine to us all we can do is dispose of it correctly for you as it cannot be resold.
Of course, if we have made a mistake or the product is faulty or damaged, we will accept returns as long as you contact us within 10 days of receiving the order and received the product back within 30 days. Once we have received the returned item we will refund the amount paid or resend the product.
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with any other item you have purchased from us, you may return it if you notify us within 10 days of receiving the order and we receive the product back within 30 days. Once we have received the returned item we will refund the amount paid or resend the product.
All returned products must be in their original packaging, unopened and in a re-saleable condition. We only accept returns for products that have been purchased through us.
If your shipping address is outside the UK, we will not refund the return shipping fee.
Any return which does not meet the conditions set above will not be refunded or replaced.
