Express delivery arrives 1-2 days after dispatch or for heavy parcels Courier 1-2 days after dispatch Mon-Thu. Saturday delivery is not available.
24hr MON-FRI DELIVERY:
Non-Food - Light parcels, delivered Tue-Fri, signature required or for heavy parcels Courier next day Mon-Thu delivery after dispatch^.
Food Mainland UK - If ordered before 12pm, next day courier delivery.
Food Other UK - Two-day courier delivery service.
^ Please note - Items usually dispatched within 24 - 72 hours. This is to factor in weekends or stock needs to be ordered in the next day, this time is in addition to the courier service you select at checkout. We are closed for all public Bank Holidays and therefore no orders will be processed during these times. Orders will be processed on the day we return to work.
We cannot deliver goods outside of Europe.
COLLECT IN STORE:
This option is only available if the items are to be delivered to your nearest Manor Pharmacy, Peak Pharmacy, Tims & Parker or Cox & Robinson store.
For Manor Pharmacy, Peak Pharmacy and Cox & Robinson Pharmacy, please allow 3-4 working days extra on to your delivery time. (Sat/Sun/Bank Holidays excluded)
For Tims & Parker, please allow 6-7 working days extra on to your delivery time. (Sat/Sun/Bank Holidays excluded)
This service is delivered through our internal delivery van network. This is not an express type service and may add additional delivery time onto your order not predicted at checkout. You may wish to consider having the goods posted directly to your home or place of work.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
We understand that you may want, at times, to return an item you've purchased from us. To make this process quick and convenient for you, please read the policy below.
We regret that we cannot, by law, accept returns of any medication. If you return a medicine to us all we can do is dispose of it correctly for you as it cannot be resold.
Of course, if we have made a mistake or the product is faulty or damaged, we will accept returns as long as you contact us within 10 days of receiving the order and received the product back within 30 days. Once we have received the returned item we will refund the amount paid or resend the product.
All food items will be sent via courier service and incur additional delivery charges. These charges will be made visible to you at the delivery and checkout screen.
Some non-food feeds and supplements, such as digestion aids, may also incur the courier delivery charge due to their weight. As these are a food type product, they will require a courier delivery service as their default delivery method.
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with any other item you have purchased from us, you may return it if you notify us within 10 days of receiving the order and we receive the product back within 30 days. Once we have received the returned item we will refund the amount paid or resend the product.

You may be required to sign for your parcel. If you are not in to sign for the goods you will have to resolve the issue with Royal Mail or the courier company by dealing with the card left by the postal worker/delivery driver.
All returned products must be in their original packaging, unopened and in a re-saleable condition. We only accept returns for products that have been purchased through us.
If your shipping address is outside the UK, we will not refund the return shipping fee.
Any return which does not meet the conditions set above will not be refunded or replaced.
Customer errors: Customers are humans and make mistakes. Sometimes customers put the wrong address in on their order. We are happy to reship the item when it is returned to us by Royal Mail. This may take upto 28 days depending on the error made.
Non-Delivery: If an item remains undelivered within 7 working days (exc Sat-Sun) from dispatch then the customer needs to check with their local delivery office/post office for uncollected items.
